Great little downtown market! They have a lot of options for groceries, snacks and lunches. Many of their products are locally sourced and sustainable. Definitely worth a visit!

really glad there is an option for some groceries downtown now! the prices are high and selection is similar to the merc. I assume with more support, inventory will expand and prices will lower! I love stopping by for a drink at the front of the store while walking around or to get some produce :) it's within walking distance of my home which I love so much

Needed some quick refreshments while visiting lawrence. Saw the sign. Ended up visiting the next day as well. Kind employees, nice selection. Very cool.

I love Jody’s Market!! So many awesome options, workers are kind, kept very clean, and is the perfect place to pop into when you’re hanging out on the Bouregois Pig’s patio next door or needing a quick snack on your jaunt down Mass 🫶 …

This is the best grocery store ever! It’s the Erewhon of Kansas. Perfect organization, clean and aesthetic. Also an amazing snack and drink selection. The best grocery store for options in Lawrence. The selection of Dairy free, gluten free, and vegan is unbeatable. Personally I did not find the grocery store expensive. Some items are because they are locally made and/or sourced out of KC but the prices are not far off what the local producers are charging.

This is a cool new store I’m excited to see downtown. Someone mentioned they had a good selection of gluten free items and I can attest they do, and even some vegetarian and vegan alternatives too which is nice. They have some interesting products I haven’t seen elsewhere too that I’m excited to keep trying out and a balance of more expensive craft items with more generic typical things you’d expect to see—their brand of gummy worms are the best I’ve ever tasted. Happy to have them in the community and you should go check them out!

We love visiting grocery stores like this when we travel, so we were so excited to notice this one in downtown Lawrence! Great selection of fun brands we love and new ones we hadn’t seen before! We’ll be back!

I love Jodie’s market. They have a great variety of fun brands, all the staples I need (milk, eggs, cheese, tea), and lots of snack and drink options. Plus, they are the nicest people. I’m so glad they’re here!
